At ECOM.STORELLC , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!


Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:


The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.


It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.


Due to hygiene reasons, beauty and skincare products cannot be returned if opened or used.



Non-returnable items include:


Used or opened beauty/skincare items


Lingerie or intimate clothing


Sale or clearance items (final sale)



How to Return:


1. Contact us at ecomstore441@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.



2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.



3. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.




Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet:


First check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at ecomstore441@gmail.com
